Mad Hair Day

The Children Helping Children 'Mad Hair Day' will take place on 16th December 2011.

Schools are asked to participate by inviting their pupils (and teachers) to come to school with an 'unusual' hairstyle. Mad Hair Day is about having FUN, but most importantly it is about thinking of those children in the world who have few opportunities to have fun.On Mad Hair Day please say a prayer for all the children in the world who have lost their childhood through war, famine and poverty. If you would like to make a small collection (not obligatory) by imposing a 'fine' of 20c or 15p for each 'mad hair-do' we will use ALL donations to improve the lives of little children in the developing world. And don't forget...please send us your photographs to put up on our 'Mad Hair Day' page on the website.
